POOL REGULATIONS

                                                      POOL USE REGULATIONS

 

1.         The pool at Baptist Ridge Camp may be used by any associational church provided:

a.         They make application to the associational office using the approved reservation process.  Use will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.

b.         Approval will be given only if there is not a program already in progress or if there is not another group already leasing Baptist Ridge Camp for the designated time.

c.         Each church MUST provide their own certified life guard.  A copy of the certification must be on file with the  associational office or with the Camp manager.

d.         Each church using the pool at Baptist Ridge Camp MUST provide their own liability insurance coverage.  A copy of the policy number, etc. must be provided to the associational office or the Camp Manager.

e.         There is no use fee for FBA churches.  Offerings for utility cost offset will be accepted.

 

2.         The camp “Rules and Guidelines” approved by the Camp Board for Summer Camp use will be in effect at all times.  For a complete list of the general rules and guidelines of Baptist Ridge Camp, see the camp rules listed at www.fellowshipbaptistassociation.com – see the rules under the Baptist Ridge Camp drop-down box.  Or a paper copy is available at the associational office.  Posted Pool Rules will apply:

                        a.         No diving

                        b.         No running on the pool deck

                        c.         No horseplay

                        d.         Lifeguard must be on duty at the pool at all times

                        e.         Swim test must be taken before entering the deep end

                        f.          Footwear must be worn to and from pool

                        g.         Robe, wrap-around, etc must be worn to and from the pool

                        h.         Obey the lifeguard at all times

 

3.         Outside groups may use the Baptist Ridge Camp pool with all of the above rules. 

a.         Groups outside FBA membership will be assessed a pool use fee of $75.00 per group for up to two hours due with registration.

b.         In addition to the $75.00, a deposit of $100.00 will be required with registration.  This deposit WILL BE refunded if the pool is left clean and ready for further use.
